Erica Binkerd, Academic Coordinator
Major: Respiratory Therapy

Erica mentors for Anatomy N261. She enjoys being at school, meeting new people, playing sports, and helping others. Her family and friends are a big part of her life, and she has a niece whom she absolutely adores! Someday, Erica would like to travel to Australia.
Samantha Dietz, Academic Coordinator
Major: Biology
“Philanthropic, Nostalgic, Hungry”
As an academic coordinator, Samantha mentors for Biology K103 and leads a team of dedicated mentors. Samantha enjoys coaching volleyball, working at her family’s apple orchard, and attending concerts. Her favorite movie is the Princess Bride, and her favorite board game is Monopoly. Samantha would like to visit the West Coast of the United States or southern Europe in the near future.
Michael Heath, Academic Coordinator
Major: Psychology and Neuroscience

Michael is currently serving in his seventh semester at the Bepko Learning Center! As an academic coordinator, Michael currently mentors for Biology K101. He also takes the lead on many technology and operations projects for the Bepko Learning Center. Michael believes that the best thing in the world is music, and his favorite hobby is “guitar traveling.” If Michael had the opportunity to eat dinner with two famous people, they would be John Lennon and Robin Williams.
Chad Higginbotham, Academic Coordinator
Major: Biology and Classical Studies

Chad currently mentors for Biology K101. His hobbies include watching movies, reading, and traveling. He hopes to visit Greece in the future. Chad’s favorite board game is Cranium, and his preferred season is fall. His most treasured possession is his collection of playbills from Broadway shows. Chad has served the Bepko Learning Center for the past three semesters.
Jacqueline Lebeck, Academic Coordinator
Major: Biology
"Friendly, Outgoing, Caring"
Jacqueline is serving her third semester as a Biology K101 mentor and her first semester as an academic coordinator. She enjoys reading, watching movies, and trying new things. Her favorite pastimes include game nights with her friends, camping with her family, playing with her dog, Goober, and just about anything that gets her outside. Her dream is to travel the world and visit places like Prague, the Louvre, Italy, and Belize. She is currently working in an immunology lab studying the BCL-6 gene and its effects on the immune response. Jacqueline plans on attending graduate school to study microbiology and become a medical scientist.
Alex Lindsey, Academic Coordinator
Major: Psychology
“Congenial, Industrious, Electric”
Alex is currently serving his fifth semester at the Bepko Learning Center. As an academic coordinator, he mentors for Psychology B104 and is constantly working to help his students succeed. Alex enjoys reading, watching football games, and anything to do with music. His favorite movie is V for Vendetta, and he is the absolute biggest Blink-182 fan on the planet. Alex’s hidden talents include playing guitar and tap dancing. Alex is working on an honors thesis in social psychology this year, and he hopes to attend graduate school to become an industrial/organizational psychologist in the near future.
Whitney Milner, Resource Coordinator
Major: Organizational Leadership and Supervision
“Positive, Witty, Dedicated”
Whitney enjoys reading, the fall season, and the color purple. If Whitney could eat a meal with two famous people, she would enjoy a dinner at a '50s diner with Marilyn Monroe and James Dean. She also hopes to vacation in Venice, Italy, one day. Whitney has served the Bepko Learning Center for four semesters.
Anthony "AJ" Newton, Resource Coordinator
Major: Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management

Anthony Newton is a dedicated resource coordinator who ensures the functioning of the Bepko Learning Center by directing room reservation requests, managing the purchasing and ordering of supplies, and leading current mentors to find success. Anthony enjoys playing the drums and watching Indianapolis Colts and Indiana University basketball games. His favorite movie is the Shawshank Redemption, and his favorite board game is Risk. Anthony hopes to visit New Zealand one day.
Bruno Santana, Resource Coordinator
Major: Accounting and Finance

Bruno is currently serving in his fourth semester at the Bepko Learning Center. As a resource coordinator, Bruno ensures that the front desk of the Bepko Learning Center is fully functional at all times. He also guides and trains new resource mentors in their positions. Bruno’s favorite board game is Risk, and he is a huge Indianapolis Colts and Indiana University basketball fan.
Lindsay Stiller, Resource Coordinator
Major: Social Studies Education
"Punctual, Adaptive, Communicative"
Lindsay started her education blocks this fall and is very excited to start the program. She studied abroad in Greece last summer and had an amazing time. She is hoping to travel in Europe again soon and wants to visit Russia. She enjoys watching movies, anything to do with football, and watching HGTV. This is her third semester working for the Bepko Learning Center.
Anastasia Wagner, Academic Coordinator
Major: Psychology
"Motivative, Random, Exhaustive"
Anastasia has been mentoring for B104 for three semesters. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, writing music, leisure reading, and bike rides. The most important things to Anastasia are her parents, her brother, and her puppy, Charlie. This year she will be graduating and plans on getting a doctorate in clinical psychology. Some day she would like to have an animal rescue shelter.
