Learning Center: Resource Desk

The Resource Desk is the heart of activity in the Bepko Learning Center. The first responsibility of resource mentors is to provide for the needs of individual students on a daily basis by interacting with students and following up with their concerns, issues, problems, and questions. The mentors at the Resource Desk also provide support for the academic mentors as well as the administrative and leadership staff.

The Resource Desk's central focus is to assist students in having a rewarding and successful academic and social experience. The Resource Desk promotes a sense of campus community by fostering an environment that is welcoming to a diverse population of students.

Some of the services you will find at the Bepko Learning Center Resource Desk are as follows:

• Connects students with academic mentoring and peer tutoring
• Provides learning styles assessments and recommendations for future success
• Refers students to specific campus components
• Provides general information about IUPUI
• Offers study skills workshops
